Good visit. Dr. Lide this far has shown competency, care and honesty in his services.
Great as usual. Even though the thought of going to the dentist feels me with dread, I always feel comfortable after you get started. The upcoming visits, however, will be unpleasant I am sure. I have been going to for so long, your just like family.
Through a recommendation of a friend, we found Dr. Lide. My friend and I both have special needs young men. My son has seen Dr. Lide for several years, and we knew that some day my son would need major dental work because of his day and night teeth grinding that he has done for many years. Dr. Lide laid out a plan and explained it very thoroughly. This winter, over four appointments, my son has beautiful crowns and a radiant smile. Dr. Lide is probably the most patient doctor anywhere. He is committed to helping patients be comfortable, and is super-sensitive to any special needs. Thank you, Dr. Lide, you and all of your staff were a god-send!
Thank you for doing such a great job removing my wisdom teeth. Your staff is awesome and made me feel comfortable and assured me all would go well since I was so anxious. The pre-op follow up was so appreciated as it educated me about what to expect after surgery and what to do before surgery. I felt like my care was important to your office. Dr. Lide and his staff make going to the dentist easy. Calm environment, caring people, and an approach to do the right thing are what this place is about and what makes this dentist office the best.
This office understands how to add value to a customer service experience. The leather sofas in the waiting room are luxurious. The front desk ladies are sincere and kind. The hygienist do a thorough job and are incredible knowledgeable. Dr. Lide will answer all your questions and provide thorough reasoning for his comments on your dental health. Visiting the dentist has never been so comfortable and smooth.
The office staff is friendly and was greeted immediately upon entering. The dental team is thorough and answered all my questions. Very timely on getting to you at your appointment time. I would like to add a special thanks to the staff for watch my 15mo old. We did not enroll my son into a toddler class as I thought before the time for my follow up appointment. I asked to reschedule and explained my reasoning. They were so kind and understanding that they asked to bring my son and someone in the office would watch him while I have some work done. I was hesitant but I meet the staff before and I was comfortable leaving him for an 1 in the care of someone else. The procedure ended early and my son was all smiles when I came to get him. Thanks to Dr Life for hiring such wonderful people!
I don't know anyone who says 'I love to go to the dentist' but I get above average anxiety -- just very, very nervous. And Dr. Lide and his assistant Rachel were just super. Everyone I visited at the front desk was extremely personable. The office was pretty, and I even had soothing scenery to look at on the ceiling while laid back in the dental chair. All in all, it was a pleasant experience. I live south of Houston and was in Richardson for work when I had a dental emergency. I called many doctors that evening who all had voice mail, but only Dr. Lide had a second number for emergencies. I left a message and he immediately returned my call. I explained my situation, and he assured me he could help. He scheduled me an emergency appointment for my lunch hour the next day. Because I was from out of town, he knew I had my own dentist, and was very careful not to step on any toes -- I call that integrity. He could of charged whatever he wanted because I was desperate for help, but his price was more than fair. Dr Lide is an awesome dentist, and I recommend him to anyone reading this review.
Excellent experience from start to finish!! I'm new to the area so had to find a new dentist but the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly!! The hygienist and Dr Lide took their time and explained everything that needed to be done. I didn't feel like I was just being rushed in and out of the office!
Dr Lide is hands down the best dentist I've ever found. He's helped me with Invisalign, cleanings, and a cavity which probably resulted from not taking his advice on flossing everyday. His staff is amazingly friendly and more accommodating than anywhere I've ever been. I've been going to him for over 2 years and have never had an issue. No situation is too complex for him and he is extremely approachable if you have any questions.
